We highly recommend all of our wholesale customers to read through our company policies for their own knowledge and benefit. It is solely the customer's responsibility to read and understand the full extent of our terms and policies.
Shipping & Handling
▸ Due to the inability of our website to 100% accurately estimate shipping costs, we ask that all of our customers please call in for orders more than $1,000.
▸ We ship with both FedEx and UPS, depending on whichever service would be more cost effective for that customer. We always do the comparisons first before shipping to help save you money.
▸ Our scheduled pick-up time for both carriers is around 3pm Central Time, so we urge our customers to please have their orders fully confirmed and paid by 2pm if they need it shipped out that same day. It is the buyer's responsibility to plan ahead and pay for his/her shipment ahead of time if a specific shipping day is required. Otherwise, our default shipping time is "guarantee shipped by next day upon receiving payment in full".
▸ Cool City Trading reserves the rights to manually adjust the shipping cost if the estimate was inaccurate. This could go both ways, either higher or lower. In any case, we will always reach out to the customer first to let them know that the shipping is off by "X" amount of dollars and the shipping needs to be adjusted.
▸ Shipments are not insured by default. It is the customer's responsibility to request & pay for any shipping insurance if they want. More details on this can be found on our policies page in the link above.
